She Has A Word! was created by Chelle Luper Wilson, a nationally award-winning speaker, journalist, and community advocate. Inspired by her mother, NAACP Youth Advisor, notable civil rights icon and educator Clara Luper; and Black feminist, liberation activist, and educator Anna Julia Cooper; She Has A Word! is a platform designed to amplify the voices of women whose words bring powerful and transformational wisdom to help envision and curate a better, more equitable world for all.
